I was meeting with a group recently, talking about the story they wanted to tell. During the discussion, it was so interesting to see different personalities coming through – some of their team was focused on solutions and others were focused on challenges.

The conversation inspired me to check in on where my focus is at. I realized that I, along with my team at Reinholdt Productions, are all about solutions – solutions that help tell the stories for corporate leaders, small business owners, studio and theatre producers, and performers. We’re here to remove any challenges you might perceive and make the process seamless, smooth, and create a final product that effectively shares your story.

So I created a safe space where each person was able to ask questions and express their desires.  After listening carefully to each individual, I was able to confirm what it was I was hearing.  From there, I put together a custom quote that fit their needs.  As they were happy with the quote, we were able to put together a plan.  We are now carrying it out with ease.
